Domestic Shipping (Within India):

Free Shipping:
  • We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 5,000.
Standard Shipping Charges:
  • For orders below INR 5,000, a shipping fee of INR 500 will be charged.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
  • COD option is available for orders below INR 10,000
Delivery Time:
  • Orders to metro cities in India are typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders to non-metro areas are typically delivered within 2-7 business days.
  • The exact delivery time depends on the product purchased and the location of delivery.
Dispatch Time:
  • The dispatch time for loose gemstones is usually 1-2 days.
  • The dispatch time for gemstones requested to be studded in jewellery is typically 4-5 days.
  • Additional lab certification requests may extend the dispatch time.
Shipment Safety:
  • All shipments are packaged with great care using durable, tamper-evident packaging.
  • Shipments are insured to cover any transit-related damages or losses.
  • You will receive a tracking ID via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track your shipment online.

International Shipping:

Free Express Shipping:
  • Free express shipping is available on all orders above INR 1,50,000 (approx. USD 1875).
Standard Shipping Charges:
  • For orders valued under INR 50,000 (approx. USD 601.12), a postal shipping service is available at a flat rate of INR 999 (approx. USD 12.01) for customers in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and select regions of Asia*.
  • For international orders above INR 40,000 (approx. USD 540), a shipping charge of INR 3,600 (approx. USD 45) applies.
  • For orders to Belgium above INR 40,000 (approx. USD 540), a shipping charge of INR 8,000 (approx. USD 110) applies.
Delivery Time:
  • International free express shipping takes 4-7 days for delivery.
  • Postal shipping service delivery period is estimated at 15-20 days.
Countries Eligible for Postal Shipping Service:
  • Bhutan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
Custom Charges and Duties:
  • Prakash Zaveri is not responsible for any customs charges, duties, VAT, etc. applicable in your country.
  • Currently, there is no import duty on loose gemstones in the US, Canada, and Europe.
  • For other countries, the duty typically ranges around 1%.
  • For orders refused or canceled after dispatch, the customer is liable for all customs duties and VAT charged by their country.
Shipment Safety:
  • All international shipments are packaged with double care in durable, tamper-evident packaging.
  • Shipments are insured, and the insurance cost is included in the shipping costs.
  • All shipments can be tracked online. Postal shipments to certain countries may have delayed tracking.
  • Express shipments are sent through reputed logistics carriers like FedEx, UPS, and Sequel.
Identification for Customs Clearance:
  • In some countries, high-value shipments may require valid identification (Tax ID, social security number, etc.) for customs clearance.
Non-Shippable Gemstones:
  • Amber and Ammolite are not shipped outside India due to regulatory restrictions.
