Conditions for Returns & Replacements:

  • Original Condition: Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Inspection: Replacement for items is subject to inspection and approval by the Prakash Zaveri team.
  • Exclusions: Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or other reasons not attributable to us are not covered under our Returns & Replacement Policy.
  • Documentation: Products should be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate, Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.

Return Policy for Loose Gemstones:

  • 100% Money Back: You can return loose gemstones for a full refund of the purchase price within 10 days, provided the above conditions are met.
  • Exclusions: Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.

Return Policy for Gemstone Jewellery:

  • Custom Jewellery: Custom jewellery (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned for a monetary refund. However, you may place a return request within 10 days of delivery to receive store credit worth 75% of your invoice value for future purchases on our website.

Buy Back Policy:

  • Unused Gemstones:

    • 100% Return: For returns within 10 days, excluding GST and shipping charges.

  • Used Gemstones:

    • 90% Return: For returns within 3 months, excluding GST and shipping charges.
    • 70% Return: Lifetime return policy, excluding GST and shipping charges, with the condition that the gemstone must not be damaged (scratches are acceptable).

Cancellation Policy:

  • Making Charges: If you cancel your jewellery order, 25% of the total purchase price will be deducted as making charges.
  • Jewellery Costs: If the jewellery cost is more than 25% of your purchase and you cancel the order, the jewellery costs will be deducted.
  • Certification Costs: If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, the certification cost will be deducted.

Important Notes:

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable. Return shipment is at the customer's cost.
  • Payment Gateway Charges: Payment gateway charges are non-refundable as they are billed directly by the payment gateway. All charges include applicable GST (18%).
  • Lab Certificates: Additional lab certificates ordered apart from the complimentary one are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Returns will take 7-10 business days to process from the receiving date of the product at our address. Credit card companies/banks may take another week to reflect the refund in your account.

  • Ensure you include all original items like the Product Certificate, Invoice, packaging, etc.
  • Pack the items carefully and send them through a reputed courier with insurance. Share the tracking information with us.
