Cancellation Policy

At Prakash Zaveri Jewelry ("Prakash Zaveri", "We", "Us"), we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that all parties are treated equitably. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations.

Conditions for Cancellation:

  • Eligibility: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still be eligible for a return or exchange under our Returns & Refund Policy.
  • Custom Jewelry: Custom jewelry orders (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be canceled once the customization process has begun.

Cancellation Charges:

  • Making Charges: If you cancel your jewelry order, 25% of the total purchase price will be deducted as making charges.
  • High-Value Jewelry Orders: If your jewelry order cost is more than 25% of your total purchase and you cancel the order, the jewelry costs will be deducted.
  • Certification Costs: If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, the certification cost will be deducted.

Refund Process:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval. The credit card company or bank may take an additional week to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Refundable Charges:

  • Shipping Charges: Any shipping charges incurred during the purchase will not be refunded.
  • Payment Gateway Charges: Payment gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are non-refundable. All aforementioned charges are inclusive of applicable GST (18%).

Important Notes:

  • Order Confirmation: Once an order has been confirmed and the payment has been processed, any requests for cancellation will be subject to the above cancellation charges.
  • Partial Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a part of your order, the applicable cancellation charges will be calculated based on the canceled items.
  • Custom Orders: Orders for custom-made items or items that have been altered at your request cannot be canceled once the customization process has begun.
